Billows was established on 12/12/2018 as a burger brand using the smash method, focusing on the pure taste of the meat. After months of experimentation, the brand launched with a comprehensive plan covering menu creation, marketing, and interior design. The break-even point was reached in six months, and over three years, the menu expanded to include a variety of burgers and appetizers. Operational improvements led to peak days with around 1,000 sandwiches made in eight hours. A strong administrative and marketing structure was established, resulting in Billows becoming the top-rated and most popular restaurant on delivery platforms, surpassing competitors like McDonald’s with over 10,000 reviews in less than two years.
KRAKS
Kraks is a restaurant established in 2021 to meet the local market's demand for fried chicken through a cloud kitchen, making it the first cloud kitchen in Egypt. We relied heavily on the cloud kitchen model, especially for fried chicken, due to several factors, including the ability to maintain the product's heat and taste for longer periods compared to burgers. We utilized delivery services and platforms, achieving unparalleled success. We reached the break-even point just three months after opening, thanks to the low operating costs and initial capital. Additionally, we garnered over 3,000 reviews on delivery platforms in just a few months.
FRENZEE
Frenzee Pizza offers a unique experience by utilizing the same cloud kitchen as the fried chicken restaurant, integrating multiple food types and training workers in all preparation methods. Created in 2023, Frenzee Pizza features a new type of pizza with ingredient-rich dough and slow fermentation. Every detail, including a unique and entirely natural tomato sauce, has been meticulously crafted. We focus on a limited number of pizza varieties, each perfected, and also offer grilled chicken wings and salads for a comprehensive customer experience. Financially, we reached the break-even point within the first two months due to the efficient combination of operating and capital expenses.
